What we have done to horse nutrition defies traditional thinking, yet instead of just looking forward and using the latest technology, we looked back, to times when horses were not afflicted with the myriad of health issues they are now. We looked in places where horses are happy and free of colic, joint problems, have incredible feet and strong skeletons covered with toned, powerful muscles instead of useless layers of fat just to look pretty. We looked at the way horses nervous systems work and what is needed for normal neural function. We looked at the fundamentals of equine digestion, and how to compliment the normal instead of embracing the abnormal and making the horse subscribe to human needs. Understanding that feeding anything else than forage food to horses is not natural, we reasoned that the supplemental feed needed to be partially pre-digested, to make as little negative digestive impact as possible. To realize these attributes, we focused on the combination of advanced technology and fundamental equine nutrition, the nutrition horses subscribe to without human intervention. RABBIT AND GUINEA PIG FEED!!!

I am so happy to report that I have been using the Aussie Logic rabbit feed with my guinea pigs and results are amazing.  I will be winning at the shows I can assure you.  And, a very unexpected benefit to feeding this feed is the guinea pigs are MUCH calmer - for the first time in my life of raising guinea pigs I have a baby pig about 2 weeks old that I can just pick up without having to 'catch' him!   And, he is big and muscular and gorgeous.   I'm ecstatic!!!
