The 2010 Brenderup NEW FEATURES
ADJUSTABLE
LENGTH BUTT BARS; on two horse trailers. Instant
extra wide stall for foaling mare. Lighter with smooth
thumb latch release. No need for offset butt bars SAVE
$230.00
I LOVE this! I don't know why they hadn't thought of
this before!! This means if you are hauling one horse
you have the option of making it roomier for them. Now,
you may or may not want to do that (some horses like to
have the sides to sort of lean on) but, some horses like
to have the extra room, or, if you were hauling a double
wide (like a Percheron for
instance) they would have even more room in the stall. I
love it. Before you needed an extra set of butt bars to
accomplish a wider stall, except now you can adjust it
to any length butt bar you want (infinitely adjustable).

REMOTE SWITCH
FOR REAR LOADING LIGHT; switch by rear light; no
more stretching.
This is a must for people like me
(the little people) - that light at the back of the
stall is way too high for us
to operate. They had started installing those as an
added option before, for about $100.

REVERSED &
BIGGER TACK & GROOM DOORS: doors are taller and
reversed to prevent inadvertent opening on the road.
I had never had this happen with any of my customers,
or myself, but, apparently it was possible for a horse
to open the groom door with his knee. So, they have
fixed that issue by turning the doors around, AND by
doing this they were able to make the doors TALLER (I'd
have to show you why, but, this is a great thing - less
likely to hit your head going in and out of the trailer
too).

HIGHER DOOR HOLD
BACKS; positioned at eye level for easier
operation. No more bending to latch/unlatch tack & groom
doors.
NICE.
Now, the REALLY good
news is that even with these
great upgrades there is no
retail price increase on the trailers. I'm really
surprised, but, yeah! So, the
2010 Brenderups are priced at what they were fall of
2008, but, with $330 worth of extras and some great
improvments.
